This page claimed they were open until 10:00p.m.I drove out from Scarborough one weeknight, arrived at 5:50. Not only was it closed, the inside was evident of being a closed down deserted mess.This business does not exist

Bobby, the Owner is first class. I took my Samsung 50 to him and unfortunately the glass screen broke while they were working on it... purely by accident. But no problem

I randomly looked for a place to fix my Panasonic plasma and decided to trust my tv to Best Choice Electronics. The person that picked up the phone ( Bobby) asked me a few questions about the TV and knew right away what the problem was. I dropped off my tv at his shop, later he called me with the estimate. I found it a fair price and decided to fix it. They were fast, professional and even dropped off the tv at my place free of charge since Bobby was going to be in the area.Thanks Best Choice Electronics for the great service.

BOB was awesome. He was quick to respond, and went out of his way to come to my area because I was heading out of town on vacation and needed my LG LED TV repaired asap.He was friendly, personable, professional - and was in and out with everything fixed in less than 3 hours.I highly recommend

Never have I experience such terrible customer service. I have a 47 inch LCD flat screen TV, the picture was not clear and distorted with a red tint. Unfortunately more than one issue was at hand. Firstly they overcharged for parts. I was told only one this was wrong with it and it came back with supposed several other problems. Also the repair comes with a 3 month warranty. Literally a few days before the warranty expires the TV magically stops working. When I gave them a call, I was told that my warranty has expired and that in order for someone to look at it, it would be another fee...on top of whatever ridiculous price they were planning to charge to have it repaired again.

Our TV was not working so we called Best Choice Electronics and they fixed TV in 2-3 days and gave a good warranty period as well.

I have never dealt with such rude and unprofessional staff. I had my LCD TV taken in for a quote and specifically gave the staff instructions to call me with the quote after they figured out the problem and before undertaking repairs (that way if the repairs were too expensive then I could decide whether it would be better to just buy a new TV). The invoice that I received from the technician only reflected the fact that I paid for a pick up and diagnostic check (about $35). They went ahead with repairs without consulting me first and demanded payment. When I tried to reason with the manager, he threatened to keep the TV if I refused to pay and hung up on me several times. I never got my TV back--from a cost/benefit standpoint it was not worth the time and effort to bring a legal action in small claims court (I ended up buying a new TV). This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm usually not the one to complain about poor service, but the sheer lack of professionalism in this case was too serious to ignore. Best Choice decided to keep my TV without any regard to seeking a resolution first.

Amazing experience. TV was picked up from home within 45mins of call. Quote for repair services was provided and TV in working condition was dropped back home in just 4 days. Would surely use their services again and also recommend to anyone looking for TV repair services
